Privacy policy
Updated: 28 October 2026.
The Israel ParaSport Association operates isad.org.il together with the Israeli Paralympic Committee. This page describes what the site collects and why. It follows the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, and section 30A of the Communications Law (telecommunications and broadcasts), 5742-1982, for direct mail.
Who we are
Israel ParaSport Association. Mail: 10 Bechor Shalom Shitrit Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo, 6948210. Phone 03-6493132. Fax 03-6493134. Privacy email: [email protected].
What we collect
Forms may ask for a name, phone, email and the message. The newsletter form asks for a name and email. Some sport-registration forms also ask for year of birth, address and disability information, because the request cannot be matched to a sport without it. Giving the details is not a legal duty. Without the fields a form requires, that request cannot be handled.
Why we use it
To answer the request, to arrange an activity you asked for, and to send the newsletter if you ticked consent. Basic browsing data is used to run and protect the site.
Direct mail
The newsletter is sent only after the consent box is ticked. The box is not pre-checked. A stop request can be sent to [email protected].
Cookies and tracking
A Hebrew cookie banner is shown. A language cookie is needed to keep the language you chose. Google Tag Manager (GTM-5XNLKT5) loads after a click or key press, or after a few seconds. A YouTube video loads only after the play button is pressed. The site does not store a first-visit cookie with the landing page and the referrer.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may reach the host, the email service that delivers a message, Cloudflare, and Google when Tag Manager or a video loads. It may also be shared when the law requires it.
Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS, with ordinary safeguards under the 2017 data-security regulations. Messages are kept while needed to handle them and to meet legal duties.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete information about you, subject to the Privacy Protection Law. Write to [email protected].
Changes
A newer version will be published on this page with a new date.
